| Many people wonder where romance author Sandra Richards is
from. Sandra is one of them. She likes to believe her residence
is a gothic mansion aboard a starship with ghosts, secret passages
and vengeful sorcerers bent on getting her vast fortune. Her
earliest recollection is of running away from a giant who stomped
on her home. Fortunately, she was taken in by a clan of mermaids
who taught her the ways of underwater life. Becoming ill at
the smell of fish, this was very hard on Sandra. She turned
to her quite active imagination for escape, dreaming up fantasies
of adventure and love triumphant. Being recruited to become
a monkey pounding out things on the internet, she has managed
to make inroads in sharing her fantasies with others.
However … Sandra has been told she was born in Burbank,
California, and lived a rather uneventful life as a Valley
Girl searching for love and a career. After several abortive
attempts at office work, singing, and being a ne'er-do-well,
several friends, along with her Wonderful Husband™ and
other family members, shoved Sandra at her computer with orders
to write novels. She went along with their wishes.
Sandra still wants more proof before believing this story.
